Ali Salamat is a technology business executive based in London, Dubai and Singapore.
Ali founded E and serves as the Chairman & CEO of the company. He founded BillPay, a global billing and payments company, in 2008 and serves as the company’s Chairman.
Ali also founded Verified, an online business and product listings platform, that caters for a wide variety of businesses.
Ali served in product, design, advertising, media, sales, finance, technology, legal and executive leadership roles in several companies prior to launching his own technology companies.
Ali read law at the University of London and graduated top of class from the University of California Berkeley School of Law VC University, a program jointly developed by the UC Berkeley Law Startup Faculty and the National Venture Capital Association (NVCA).
Ali’s mission is to make E the best social networking, payments and media company in the world by creating a fun and safe experience for our customers globally.

Frédéric Vanoosthuyze

Frédéric Vanoosthuyze is an accomplished senior executive and non-executive director with extensive international leadership experience in technological and business transformation.
With a robust career spanning over three decades, he has held key positions on various management and non-executive boards, notably including Managing Director at Google, the Management Board of Megafon and MTS Group, as well as serving as a Non-Executive Director for MTS Ukraine and Intellect Telecom.
Frédéric’s career highlights demonstrate his expertise in managing large-scale operations and leading technological innovation. He has served as Chief Technology and Innovation Officer (CTIO) at Megafon Russia, Group CIO at Millicom, and CIO at Vodafone Germany, among other notable roles.
His tenure in these positions was marked by significant achievements such as launching 5G services, transforming IT and network strategies, and achieving substantial cost savings and efficiency improvements.
As the Managing Director for EMEA Telco & Media at Google Cloud, Frédéric oversaw a portfolio generating over $850 million in revenue, with a remarkable year-over-year growth rate of approximately 100%.

James Friedlander

James Friedlander is a US-qualified lawyer with over 57 years of international experience in advising on major investment projects and financial transactions around the world.
James graduated from the prestigious Harvard Law School.
James developed an understanding of how to structure business transactions in emerging markets where he lived for 21 years (Malawi, Kenya & Russia).
James has experience in private and public international finance with Citibank and the IBRD. He served as a non-executive director of NMBZ Holding (Zimbabwe), of Franconia Minerals Corporation (Canada) and of the International Eye Foundation.
James also worked for 36 years as a consultant to the IFC and the World Bank and has advised major corporations and the governments of over 30 countries.
He currently serves as a non-executive director for E.AI, Sequoia Portal (California) and Tana Biomass Generation (Kenya). He was a partner in prestigious law firms worldwide : Akin Gump; Korelskiy, Ischuk, Astafiev & Partners (KIAP); Duncan & Allen; Mitchell, Friedlander & Gittleman; Friedlander & Associates and MP & Associates.

Naveen Arya

Naveen is a Director of the Karamchand Group of Companies in India.
The group has a wide portfolio of businesses in the real estate, manufacturing, printing, technology and financial services sectors.
Naveen and his family founded AllOut in India, a manufacturer of mosquito repellents — which became the number one brand in South Asia. The family exited the business when the AllOut brand was sold to SC Johnson in one of the most interesting brand and manufacturing acquisitions in India.
Naveen is an Investor and Director in Roadzen — an insurance, roadside assistance and vehicle recovery platform for India, China and Europe, which is one of the leading startups in that category globally. He is an Investor and Director in Interflora India, the worlds’ largest floral company and igp.com, India’s leading gifting portal.
He is also a founding Director of Diamond2, a premium synthetic diamond manufacturing company, which is the Karamchand Groups newest venture in the luxury jewellery industry.
Naveen provides strategy and product development guidance for E in India and serves as ta Director of the Board.
Naveen believes that E will become the pulse of India and the South Asian diaspora.

Dilip Chugani

Dilip is the Managing Director of the KNS Group of Companies in Indonesia.
The group has a wide portfolio of businesses ranging from Banking & Finance, Property & Real Estate, Entertainment, Hospitality, Trading & Distribution to Mining and Manufacturing with offices in Singapore, Australia, UK, Dubai and South Africa.
Dilip joined his family business in 1995 after graduating in Economics from University of Wisconsin-Madison. At that time, the family business consisted of only two industries – Banking and Manufacturing. Fast-forward to 2021 — and there are now 26 companies under the KNS Group umbrella.
The group has diversified its portfolio significantly under the leadership of Dilip and his two brothers and is now a major player in the Real Estate, Technology, Entertainment, Hospitality and Distribution sectors.
Dilip is always open to exploring new and innovative business ideas and has a vision to grow the company’s portfolio by expanding into newer markets and industries.

Morteza is the Managing Director of the Happy Marine Group of Companies in Dubai, London and Singapore.
The group specialises in shipping, freight, bunkering, ship resale and charter services in the marine industry globally.
Morteza joined his family business in 2006 after graduating with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marine Engineering. He also holds a MBA in Marketing and Entrepreneurship.
The marine business group has ventured into the technology and business services sectors under the leadership of Morteza and has significantly expanded its presence in Asia, Europe, Middle East and Africa.
Morteza is always keen in exploring opportunities in technology oriented companies. His technology investment portfolio focuses primarily on new and innovative solutions in the financial services, social media and lifestyle sectors .
